- Warmup: Butt kicks, Jumping Jacks, High knees, Tuck Jumps
- Set 1: Plyo lunges, Pushup jacks
- Set 2: Squat Jumps, heavy overhead push press
- Abs: Medicine ball - Upper/lower, Obliques
6pm Pulled pork sandwich w/cheese, baked beans
